My wife and I talked to Mr. Craig . He was very helpful and let my wife and myself take our time and looked at both trucks we liked. And give us time to talk about it. Service is awesome. All the service writers are very helpful, friendly, professional & courteous. I love coming to a clean facility.

My service was at 8 AM and didn’t get any communication about it being dalayed or that someone didn’t check the lock box. I also received a cancellation notice at 9:30 that my service was cancelled. After I called I was told car would be done at 12pm.

I reallly appreciate the kindness your drivers showed to me for returning my car after you did the repair on it.

I always take my car to Lavery's for maintenance because of the friendly, professional service. I especially like the rides to and from the dealership. It saves me having to rely on Friends or family.

Our first experience with Lavery Auto Service and WE LOVED THE CARE WE GOT AND WILL USE THEM FOR OUR SERVICE PROVIDER ALL THE TIME. They knew in a heartbeat what was wrong with our truck, got right on the insurance we purchased with the truck and had it repaired in no time. Our service man was GREAT on keeping us up on things also....name was Moses.

Had my truck serviced and they found my rear brakes were bad and were able to change them at the same appointment. Great service

My appointment for an oil was at 2:30 pm last Friday. My truck left the staging area at 2:30 pm and was back in the staging area at 3:15 pm , pretty quick service this time . But it was parked in the area for 15 more minutes before I was contacted that my truck was done. I thought that was a little long. Oil changes are getting a little expensive. . Almost $100..00 dollars!!

The entire team at Lavery always takes care of me. I’ve been dealing with Craig “buddy” now for several years and he is very professional. Lavery is the only dealership I trust. Highly highly recommend them to anyone.

Not to mention the loose trim was never screwed back into place. Worst customer experience ever, will be reviewing as low as possible. For the love of god fire Tony too, he’s absolutely clueless, lied to my face about the repairs he knew nothing about, I was told by a mechanic, and genuinely just sucked the whole damn time

Took my new 2026 Chevy traverse in cause my check engine light and reduce acceleration was on my dash. Was very helpful gave me a rental. Tech drove it and it wouldn't come back on they had my vehicle for 11 days and couldn't figure out why my lights were on

When I called to confirm my appointment made through the chevy app the guy explained there would be a wait. He changed my time to a later time for me. I got right in and was not made to wait long. I scheduled appointment for oil change and 30k miles maintenance; however, it seems I had some other sort of service but it is unclear as I didn't receive detailed paperwork and carfax was never updated.

It took 2 days to check out the problem and it’s still not fixed. When I called to check on my truck they said they would call me back but they didn’t call me back the first day or the second day i had to. Keep calling them back. Poor customer service
